Know Your Computer Through Its Server System
Computers have been ruling this world since ages and has evolved rapidly since the last two decades eventually making the lives of many individuals much easier and the working system in many organizations easier as like before they don’t have to first create an software and then be able to use it rightfully instead can directly make the right use of the software’s and applications now to create products and many different things for the clients and has taken the world from what is was to where it is now, especially India.
India has now been termed as the developing country and partly the credit should and must be given to the computer generation that swept away the worries of many and made life simpler and easier. Computing has evolved rapidly but initially is was just the basics that was used by many to do their basic works like writing, maintain data, sketching, maintain notes etc but now it can be used for many such purposes that has transformed many lives, perhaps many would be still just clueless trying to find out different usages of it and exploring different forums in it.
In computing, the term server ...
... is used to refer as a computer program running to serve the needs or requests of other programs i.e. clients which may or may not be running on the same computer. The term server is also often generalized to describe a host that is deployed to execute one or more such programs.
A server computer is a computer, or series of computers, that link other computers or electronic devices together to serve the needs of the clients. They often provide essential services across a network, either to private users inside a large organization or to public users via the internet. For example, in a computer when you enter a query in a search engine, the query is sent from your computer over the internet to the servers that store all the relevant web pages. The results are sent back by the server to your computer. Basically it acts as a host helping one find their way in the world of computer and makes the search easy and provide you the right information and help you lead to it easily.
The term server is used quite broadly in information technology. Despite the many server-branded products available, in theory any computerized process that shares a resource to one or more client processes is a server. Many servers have dedicated functionality such as web servers, print servers, and database servers. Any computer engineer would have a clear knowledge regarding it. This is the basic information one would know about the computers. But the right form of education related to computers can make an engineering student a professional.
