I've been attempting to get some work for the past three months. Since I have very little actual experience as a graphic artist my search has been fruitless. The times in between jobs were often quite long. When I did get some work to do it was usually a small project that only required a few hours of work. It was nice getting the work experience but I really wasn't getting much financial reward. One client finally contracted with me to do lots of continuing projects. With all the money I ended up saving, I also had enough left to get an office chair as well. During the past three months, I've managed to pay off my purchase. The desktop computer made a trip out to storage and that's where it's staying.

The overall convenience of the laptop is truly amazing. I still work at my desk most of the time since it helps me concentrate. With the new chair it's a lot more comfortable as well. Taking my laptop computer with me when I visit my family soon is another reason I will be glad I got it. Even while I'm on the road, I will still be able to keep up with work.
