Certain teas and decoctions can be used in order to flush away bacteria and to increase the activity of kidneys. Marshmallow tea for instance is one of the widely used home remedies for UTI. A decoction made of coriander seeds is also good because it has a diuretic effect and it prevents the urine for remaining in the bladder for long.
