You want to make sure they have experience working with a company like yours and providing the services that you want them to. It is not always a good idea for you to go with the lowest bidder but you should try to find an outsourcer that is reasonably priced. It can be helpful if you have a budget in mind that spells out how much you want to pay for specific services. It can end up making the search process much easier if you know the parameters that the outsourcer will be working with.
