Building relationships is the most important part of teacher training courses. Taking the Name – Memorizing the names is an important part of primary teacher training courses. Teachers are taught to memorize the names of young learners. They feel special when the teacher takes their names. Taking names is quite flattering. When the student realizes that his/her name is being taken, he develops a sense of belonging and feels empowered.
Importance of touch – Touch is a special part of building relationships. This aspect is always treated as an important part of primary teachers training program. This can range from a simple handshake to a pat on the back and even a small peck on the cheek.
