What You Can Write In Your Pregnancy Journal

Many things can happen during the nine months of pregnancy. While there are many pains and sacrifices during the pregnancy, there are many joys and happy emotions that go with it too. Writing things down in a journal would be a good way to put things into perspective. It would also be fun to reminisce the experience later on.
Exercise Your Creative Talent
For people with a talent in writing, journal writing would be second nature to them. Expressing their talent and the emotions would be easy. It would even help them go through the pregnancy more easily. Through journal writing their focus would not be on the pain and the difficulties of their condition anymore.
Daily Happenings
Again, many things are happening every day while you are pregnant. Even the food you eat can be a big deal especially since you should watch what you eat. It would be a good idea to write down the food you eat so you can monitor the number of calories you are taking in.

You can also include your visits to the doctor. You can record your weight and things your doctor said to you. It could be about your health and about the baby inside your womb.
Write to Your Baby
It would be nice to communicate with your baby right from the start. This would surely make you feel more connected baby that is living inside you. This would even make your bond stronger as well. You can tell your baby how much you love him or her. And you can tell your baby about your life and how his or her life is going to be. You can even write about your hopes and dreams for him or her as well. You can talk virtually about anything. You can even tell your baby about the every pain and joys you are experiencing during pregnancy too.
Write Down Your Emotions
Emotions swing back and forth when you are pregnant. The journal is a great way to release your stress or even your frustrations. It would also be a great way to express your happiness. On the other hand, this may be your way of checking on your emotions and behavior as well. Sometimes you would be very emotional and even irrational that if you are not careful you could up hurting the people around you. With a journal you would be able to put everything in check.
Record Your Expenditure
Some would use the journal to record the expenditures. This could range from check up, vitamins and even on baby products (in Denmark the most popular is the so called GraVitamin) as well. Since you have to prepare for the coming of the baby, being aware of the expenses and the future expenditures would be one way to get ready as well.
