Has this ever occurred, you are standing in a giant puddle of water that's up to your knees in the laundry room? I definitely hope that it has not happened. I was once in this situation and it was not fun. The washer just decided that it was about time that it blow up. I thought it was fairly new and had a few good years left, but I guess at six years old it was done. I even told the sales person that I really was just happy that it would keep all of the water on the inside where it belonged. The sales clerk thought it was a joke. Of course, my hair and clothing were still sopping wet from tossing all the water logged towels around. The sales clerk had to have noticed that I had just rushed out to get a new washer.

I don't know if it was because it was a Tuesday morning or something else, but my washer was delivered to me the same day. I finished my laundry that very same evening. The curb is the very temporary new home of the old washer while it awaits the scrap dealer who will recycle it for parts.
