How Do You Stay Healthy For Years?
These are some tips for professionals who have a very stressful working schedule. Consider any profession like a web designer, graphic designer or a programmer, who are mostly tucked working on a computer for hours at a stretch during a day. It is not necessary that this is what they are meant to do. It is all about habit that we have adopted from the very beginning of our career. Not at all your fault, these careers are as such that makes you stuck at one place for hours.
Compared to other jobs and professions, web designers or programmers have the most active jobs to take care these days. They are tend to spend hours and hours staring at a computer screen. Our eyes are in direct contact with our brain and many psychological disorders are found due to such working style. We have found mostly our breaks taken are either for refreshment purposes or for meeting rooms. So the question here is what we should do that helps us go longer time in our profession.
1)Do Physical Exercise: Why not take care in advance, when we already know that we often come across such articles that share more about precautions that ...
... we need to consider. Let us take it more seriously as once we start having side effects, our body would be totally relying on medications for the whole life at later stage. External illness are curable than internal illness. Physical illness is again less dangerous compared to psychological illness. So go to gym for 10 – 15 minutes every day. If not every day, you should consider doing it every alternate day.
2)Do Metal Exercise: Go for yoga or meditation for 15 minutes in a day. It is very tough initially to concentrate doing yoga or meditation as we just simply can’t distract our concentration to something else when we are struggling finding solution for our clients problem. But believe me or not, it will help find solutions faster. Its like when we get up early in the morning, we feel our mind is fresh. So does the Yoga or meditation. It refreshes our mind and helps us go more with stress less mind. Overall, meditation helps in decreasing stress from our mind and body. Its like a small nap we take and feel fresh.
3)Take Breaks: If none of the above is convincing you then go for breaks for at least 5 minutes ever hour or hour and a half. It doesn’t matter for what or where. But just try to get your eyes away from your screen. Try to get your mind away wondering something else for 5 minutes. Take such breaks for 4 to 5 times during a shift of 8 hours.
Don’t keep working with empty stomach. Keep eating all the time and that should maintain your sugar levels.
