A normal day, or let’s say a regular day in a person’s life when in office goes like this – sit on the office desks all day long, keep on working on presentations, break your head either making the excel sheets or checking them (even though the process may be automated, yet it requires a lot of time and patience on a person’s part to check these), go for meetings on and off and so on. But the main work is don’t on your desk, and trust me your office desks play a very important role in the whole ‘experience’ of you and your work. It is a well researched and known fact that people sitting on desks with piles of papers, whether it is for your studies or for your work, distracts you to the core; and for this, you must make sure that your work or study area is very very clean, so that your subliminal brain doesn’t get distracted and eventually leads to a bad taste and negative vibes for that area! This is because, in the end you will be the one who would lose out on working and not be able to maintain peace with your work place, or your office desk, even if it is one hell of a beautiful glass desks ...

So, what one must ensure before making an office is a proper office space planning which would lead to more satisfactory individuals working under the same roof, who will be content with their work desk and easy to work with. This is because a perceptible hurdle causes mental instability and confusions, which is a very de-motivating factor for the employees.
At the same time, not only should the comfort of the employees be put at the foremost objectives, but other factors should also be kept in mind such as – the plan must be laid out in such a way that the employees can be kept under constant supervision and scrutiny through their general behavior; and also so that communication doesn’t get difficult in the office. Besides all of these factors, employee safety, proper ventilation and all the other relevant factors should be taken into strong consideration before going forwards with office layout planning. After all aesthetics is not the only thing, it can come at the last as well!
