We all know that exercise is the best method to promote physical and mental balance and alleviate the psychological pressure. For those people who could not acquire exercise methods, it often leads to physical exhaustion, bodily injury, and even pulled muscles and tendons. So, we should know the following several tips:

Try to keep fitness in daytime. You can select a period of time in morning or in the afternoon to do some exercise. You can do it five times a week with at least half hour every time. But remember that it is not suitable to do exercise at noon.

Carry out appropriate training carefully. Especially for those people over 35 years old, they need to have physical examination before training and consult doctor for a specific fitness program, including, exercise method, intensity, frequency, duration time and final goal.

Select your favorite activities. Due to the different health condition and hobbies, people could choose their exercise methods according to their own situations. This could not only help them achieve the goal of exercise but also avoid the monotony and giving up.
