Highly industrialized countries are the greatest contributors of greenhouse emissions. In response to this, governments have instituted policies designed at reducing dangerous carbon gas emissions. Carbon footprints represent the amount of carbon and greenhouse emissions produced by organizations or an individual. One of the biggest challenges the world is facing today is the unabated destruction of the environment and our ozone layer. Cutting down on office stationary, paper usage and recycling are cost saving and easy options for companies as well as the folk at home. Individuals are also encouraged to reduce the country’s total carbon footprint by saving on energy or using alternative energy sources.
