Together, you can identify the underlying causes of your sleeping problem and find ways to improve your sleep and quality of life.
Lack of sleep can have a noticeable effect on our cognitive skills such as speech and memory, so sleep is vital for a healthy mind and body. With the longer hours of daylight, earlier dawns and longer twilights, the onset of summer time can have a detrimental effect on sleep for some people.
