Sterling silver beads are available in various patterns, shapes and sizes. These beads are very popular among the jewelry makers. Sterling silver beads are mostly used as spacer beads in necklaces, bracelets, earrings and pendants. Using abrasive cloth will make scratches on the beads.

Also do not use any cleaners or polishers that contain strong chemical compound in them. The reason is it can damage the jewelry. To remove the tarnish from the beads, soak the sterling silver beads in a bowl containing a mixture of salt water or baking powder solution.

However, if you are not proficient in cleaning your sterling silver bead jewelry at home, take it to a reputed jeweler. He would do the needful and return your jewelry in good condition.
