A capstone project is a paper that students need to write after spending comprehensive amount of time researching on one particular subject for a course. Once you have collected the data, you will have to analyze, interpret it and then make a conclusion on the findings. A well written capstone will need to include a lot of facts so as to support your interpretation.
Since a capstone project is a lengthy paper, it needs careful planning and organization in order to make sure the ideas and results flow together properly in a well written paper. Consequently once you have gathered your research material, you should create an outline for the paper. Each step of the outline should follow smoothly into the next in a logical way.
Then give some information about the limitations which were there during the project writing. Give a few problems you encountered writing the project like, when you were carrying out the data collection process, did you face rejection depending on the method you were using to collect data. Or you had problems with financing your project. Make sure you include all this problems at this point.
Give a detailed conclusion along with suggestion for improvement because the conclusion is very important for a good research and should be according to the results that you gathered when carrying out the research. You can also recommend other people do to further on what you have not fully exhausted on.

Include the acknowledgemens.This are people who have assisted you in the doing of he project, may be financially or they gave moral and and also they added on to the ideas you had. You can also include the list of figures that are on your document for easy access when you want to refer to a certain figure, Table of content is also important as well as the pages which shows the page of certain content.
Once you finish writing a capstone project, it is important to proofread for mistakes and for flow. Most people find it helpful to complete the paper and then wait several days before rereading it, as this helps them look at the paper with fresh eyes which makes it easier to spot mistakes.
