Introduction
The United State laws consist of laws that are codified and others that are not codified. The most important of all is the US constitution which is the foundation of the US federal government. The constitution sets out boundaries of the federal law which contains the acts of congress, the treaties of the constitution, the constitutional regulations and also the case laws that originates from the judiciary.
US is a land with many possibilities and passing of laws that are not constitutional (crazy laws) is not a big deal. These crazy laws were passed beyond comprehension and some were made with crazy and stupid reasons that were surprising. In some states, there are other unconstitutional laws and are not codified that gives crazy restrictions to either city, town, state or any specified area of residence. These kinds of laws are also regarded as stupid laws. Eating in places that is on fire is prohibited and this law will be discussed in the essay.

... Eating in places that are on fore may be harmful to person’s health and also psychologically. Fire can be caused by different things including chemical, bombs, collision, and explosions among others. If the fire is caused by dangerous chemical explosion, definitely the smoke will be filled with this chemical too. When eating from such a place, the smoke and the chemical may contaminate with the food being eaten and may be harmful to the body.
The other reason the prohibition should be encouraged is because eating can cause psychological disorientation on the happenings around. For example, the fire might be severe and the person may concentrate on eating forgetting there is fire around. The prohibition of eating on places with fire can be of some advantages and can restrict severe damages to the people.
Cons of the law
Some of the reasons that contributed to the formation of this law are baseless and they have no concrete reason as to why the law should be practiced. Eating can be done any where, provided the person eating is comfortable and is not affecting other people around him. This law on the other hand may pose great problems to ailing people and children because if the fire lasts longer that expected, they have to starve till all is well. On the other hand, if the fire lasts for days, it means even those fighting the fire should not eat and this will definitely ruin their efforts and body power.
Eating and drinking goes together, when a person is exposed to much heat or where there is fire, there is probability that the person will be extremely hot and may need to quench the thirst to avoid corrupting and cooling the body. Prohibiting this may have also fatal consequences ruining may be the efforts of fighting the fire or rescuing.
Conclusion
The American stupid laws have some logics in them and still have some useless base and reason for their formation. Eating in places with fire is sometimes bad and offensive though sometimes can be good to prohibit eating in places with fire. The formation of these laws sometimes viewed as a fulfillment of personal interest or away of punishing people who have such behaviors.
