This is very helpful so that you can find out what other companies, blogs, review sites and social networks are talking about you. You can also use web analytical tools to more comprehensively monitor your social media marketing.

It is necessary to be active. Since we are talking about social networking, the aspect of social is of essence on its truest form. You need to participate in discussions, look at the different topics, read blog posts and comment if necessary. This will help you in improving your credibility.
