Radicalization is a process through which an individual changes his passiveness or an activism to become a more revolutional, militant or an extremist. Radicalization is mostly associated with youths, poverty, alienation and injustice done to oneself or others. Radicalization has been associated with the Islamist and terrorism. Most of the radicals have been caught doing several acts of crimes. De-radicalization on the other hand is the process by which a person who has radicalized moves from radicalized life and lives a normal life.
According to Hussein, the process of radicalization and de-radicalization is possible as he gives evidence on how he radicalized and later de-radicalized. He became a radical and when he was within the group found that the acts they were being involved in contradicted the teachings of Qur’an and of the Islamic religion. He blamed on the mis-interpretation of the Islamic teachings which has contributed to the extremism. He relates the radicalism with politics in which radicals tend to involve themselves with politics though it has been spoken of by the Qur’an.

... has nothing helpful to both the Islamists and other human in the society. He describes the radicalization as a way of destroying and confusing young people who in turn don’t benefit. He is advising the entire youths both in radicalized life and those leading normal life that there is nothing good that can be achieved through radicalism and there is possibilities of leading normal life if they agree to change.
Leadership has been in the forefront either to radicalized or deradicalise youths. He says that the teachings that leaders teach to the young will determine whether a youth will be radical or will lead a normal life. He says the leaders should teach the Islamic ways not their own interpretation for fulfill their desires in the political seats.
