Is It The Time You Need To Quit Your Jobs

People in modern society are always seeking for higher salary and better professional development opportunity. So they are hopping jobs all the time. If you have the following situations, I think you also need to change your jobs.
The jobs always make you sick. If you are unhappy for the work in next work or worry for starting to work every morning you wake up, there must be problems in it. Improper jobs would make people sick. If you often have chronic back pain, headache and stomach pain, you should consider changing jobs.
Your creativity decreases. It is not a good thing to work under great pressure or without pressure. If you find your jobs boring and stylized and your creativity is declining, it means that there is not so much room for development. It is not always a good sign if you have nothing to do at work.
You are no longer able to learn new skills. Lack of career development opportunities is one of the primary reasons for people to change jobs. If you find you cannot learn any new skill from your current job or cannot grow from the work, perhaps you should consider another company. Staying in ...
... the same place will make you lose more development opportunities.
You are passed by several times of promotions. If the company could give you reasonable explanation and point out what you should correct, it means that they still believe in you. If you are always put aside, you should consider changing another job. Especially when your subordinate is promoted to be your boss, I think no one could bear it.
Your efforts are not recognized. If the company is running well, but your efforts are always not recognized no matter in materials or other aspects, you should consider whether to stay there or not. It will make people disappointed if their efforts are not praised or their promotion requests are not allowed.
The company is shrinking or you do not agree with the company value any more. If your companies have bad signals such as rumors of layoffs, delayed recruitment, and the emergence of negative news reports, you should be alert about it. On the other hand, if you lose your belief in your work or in your companies, I think you need to choose another meaningful job.
I am not persuading you to quit your jobs but to point out some reasons why people quit their jobs.
