Business culture
Business culture defines the practices and that have been repeated and perfected by the business. They are practices which guides the business in its daily operation (Wong and Law, 2009). First Stop Drive-In Theater aims at cultivating a culture of inclusiveness where all the shareholders feel a part of the business. It will aim at entrenching “work hard/play hard” type of organization culture into operation of the business, where the business will not take many risks but will receive fast feedbacks and rewards (Black, 2003). It will be aimed at satisfying client needs since the business deals exclusively on customer service. In aspect of global operations and diversity in the work place, this culture will ensure that there is mitigation of negative impacts of cultural differences in the work force and reduce the risk that may come with global operations. The business will cultivate a culture in which all employees feel a part of the business. This inclusive culture is meant to avoid the business appearing like an individually owned business that is controlled by one person alone. Leadership is expected to be servant and transformational where the leader leads others by example based on what is good for the business (Schein, 2005). It will be an all inclusive leadership where workers are involved in decision making process and their contributions are valued. This culture will be advantageous for the growth of the business because it will make everyone feel as a part of the business. It will assist in brand ownership strategy which is an important marketing strategy based on brand building strategies (Phegan, 2000). It will help to retain employees for long time in the business and build a close working relationship with customers. However, this culture may be disadvantageous in the sense that it may reduce powers of management over employees since they will also seek to have a stake in decision making process. This is also likely to pose organization challenge like ensuring equality since it may reduce power gaps which sometimes help in enforcement of managerial power. It will also reduce chances for the business to take risk, which may reduce chance for business development (Wong and Law, 2009). The following explains the specific steps that will be undertaken by the business as a part of its culture:

(i) Global Business Strategies
As the global economy changes, so is operation of most businesses. Business globalization is having an impact on local business and local firms no longer expect to operate in the same environment they operated in the last century (Ball, 1999). Therefore, any business operating in the local environment must be aware of the changes taking place in the environment and be prepared to effectively challenge these forces. As the local market become more and more competitive, business no longer expects to satisfy their needs in the local business and internationalization becomes a necessity rather than a choice. First Stop Drive-In Theater expects to operate in the global environment few years after it will be established. Since entering into the international market is not that easy, the company plans to venture into international markets in the emerging markets like Brazil, China, and others where there are fewer quality movie theatres through acquisition of local movie theatres. This will ensure that the business does not undergo struggle to adopt the local markets in individual country. In addition, this will give the business already established market segments and customers to continue with its operation. However, the business must be ready to commit huge financial outlays in acquisition of the local movie theatres.
