Microsoft has started implementing simulations during the Microsoft exam process. Now, instead of strictly answering traditional test questions, you will have to prove your skills and perform critical IT tasks in a simulation. This allows Microsoft to better evaluate MCP candidates. In addition, hiring managers and employers are expected to appreciate that those who have achieved the MCITP certification have demonstrated their abilities during the process - not simply have memorized test answers.

While not yet commonplace, you can expect to see simulations in most MCP exams in the future. Because simulations will play a more prominent role during testing, it's important to choose a Microsoft MCITP training course that also emphasizes simulations. After all, practice makes perfect.
