Sleep is one of the most familiar activities in dairy life. 10 great ways to improve sleep:
1、Keep regular bedtime and don’t sleep too late at weekends.If you sleep late on Saturday and get up late on Sunday,so you may be sleeplessness on the weekend night.
2、Don’t fierce eat and beverages.About 2 hours before sleeping,eat small amounts of dinner and don’t drink too much water ,because go to toilet again and again will be affecting the quality of sleep of night.High calorie snacks will influence your quality of sleeping and creats obesity.You can eat some healthy foods.For example,banana,apple,orange and pear etc.

10、Finish working out earlier before bed. You will be awake a night if you end your workouts too late.
