How could you often learn to speak a foreign language? I suppose most learners would love to remember lots of new words and try to learn the most standard grammar as the effective ways of learning. Then I think you have to read lots of the language you have chosen. In the beginning you can just read some materials that are confined to the beginners, or even some children's books. Don't think they are useless and funny, they are helpful indeed. In this process you will subconsciously understand the language more deelply than before. Once you understand it better, you can speak it better even though reading and speaking are two different things ever. Certainly simultaneously you can learn some words of use and grammar on the other hand. Then you need to practice what you have read too.

Next, the advice from me to you is that you can pick up some audio materials that you can listen to everyday. I strongly suggest you listen to these things in the morning as you just get up and review them as you get to bed. In the morning you will get a fresh impression of them, and before you go to bed you will refresh your feelings about them. Nowadays all kinds of audio learning materials can be found online.
