Honda has recently released Civic models. These models still bear the word “Civic” on their names but are actually different from each other in terms of performance, pricing, and fuel-economy. One of these models is the 2012 Honda Civic HF better known as the “slippery Civic.” Just like the other versions included on Honda’s latest new car prices list, the HF has unique features that sets it apart from the other models. In case you are trying to find cars for sale and want to purchase a car through one of the auto loans offered by financing companies, the 2012 Honda Civic HF can be a good option due to the following.

1. Impressive fuel-economy

The 2012 Honda Civic HF is actually the most fuel efficient version among the 6 versions that run on pure gasoline. The HF’s has an estimated MPG of 41 on the highway and 29 on the city. Its rating on the highway is closer to the 2012 Honda Civic Hybrid’s 44mpg. However, the HF still holds the ...
... most fuel efficient title when compared to the conventional Civics that is powered by gasoline.

2. Elegant exterior design

Aside from its excellent fuel-economy, the HF also takes pride of its exterior design. As a matter of fact, the HF looks elegant due to its slippery appearance. This feature became more significant due to the addition of the “aerodynamic decklid spoiler” installed on the HF’s rear portion. In addition to this, the HF is lower compare to the other version allowing its presence to be recognizable when parked side by side with the other versions.

The reason for this design however was not intended to make the HF more attractive but this actually contributes to the vehicle’s capacity to consume lesser amounts of fuel. Honda was somehow successful in using the scientific design to create a fuel-efficient car because of this.

3. Reliable engine performance

Although the HF is considered to be a fuel-efficient vehicle, its running performance remains to be reliable. This car is powered by a refined 1.8liter 16-valve SOHC i-VTEC engine that propels the HF smoothly and comfortably.
