According to the most recent statistics in Americans stress triumphs over sleep and as much as 50% of people are suffering from disorder called insomnia; people admit stress to be deterrent to sleep. Anti stress and sleep assist are terms that go hand in hand when there is no stress there is good sleep. Stress at work, stress within the family and stress due to children keep the people awake and not asleep at nights.
While it has to be learnt that certain factors of stress cannot be controlled there are some where in we can exercise control and enjoy a decent sleep at least.
Sleep has been one of the aspects of our lives that we take for granted. But we should remember that we can never survive for long foregoing sleep.
