As the field of Real Estate is growing like a rocket, there are so many realtors joining the business. Are you looking to purchase new house or property? Or are you looking to sell your house or property? Signing a realtor is good option. Some people thinks that, why realtor? There is some factors favors realtor strongly. Particularly, realtor can help you to buy or sell property quickly. I don’t go into deep in this subject. It is out of context here.
I want to discuss that which are the factors should concern while signing the realtor? You should find best realtor among the bunch of realtors.
First one is, back ground of the realtor. How much experience he/she has? From how long he/she is in this business? More experience means more reputation. More experienced realtor can help to make best deal; regardless you are buying or selling.
How they are doing their marketing? After all marketing is the heart of any business. Where they advertise like TV, radio, magazine, news paper and other publications etc. It helps to do quick deal. Ask them about how much success they got from the advertisement. Ask them ...

Another question you should ask is, how much time will you take normally? Is it satisfying your demand?
How many percentage he/she will take as commission? This is very important question. I think percentage depends how hurry you have. Because if you want to sell or purchase quickly, you have to pay more money. So make deal according to your requirement with best realtor.
Every country or state or region has association of realtors. They stay in touch with each other. That is good for the customers. Make deals for three to four months. There are so many realtors in the market. It doesn’t make sense that signing on realtor for long time. The other can give you best deal, if you give them chance. Listing a property for one year, also bring the reputation of property down. It is avoidable to lock with one realtor for one year.
The second one is, contact the old customers of the realtor. This is the best way to get the complete picture of realtor. Take the list of his/her old customers with their contact number. Contact them and ask about the experience with the realtor. They will tell you the exact scenario. If they haven’t great experience, avoid him/her. There are lots of realtors in the business. Go for other one. Make sure that the customers you are talking with you must be of your area or near by it. The customers of other area have good experience, but might be possibility that customers of your area doesn’t satisfied.
At the end, conclusion is, find the best realtor to get the best deal. Who is the best realtor? Now you have the answer of this question. You can find it from the bunch. Test him/her with the question I have mentioned and make decision. The search of good realtor becomes very difficult, because there are so many people coming into this business regularly.
