How To Drop Weight Starting In The Present Day
No more delays. Stop searching for the perfect diet. No more diets that do not work. Follow these steps and you will begin to lose weight even today.
1. Always have to keep a notebook and a pen
Any food that you eat, write it in a notebook, preferably right after you eat. Eat cereal for breakfast? You eat chocolate between meals? Write down! Dinner at the restaurant? You got it, and note what you eat in a restaurant! Always write down the fact that what we eat and drink to be more careful about food choices. Also, it is an easy method to detect unhealthy foods we eat and we can decide on the changes that we can do to have a healthy diet.
2. Ask yourself "Why?"
Every time you drink or eat anything ask yourself: Why? "Why eat this food? Because I'm hungry, because I'm tired, because we are stressed or that I feel alone?" The correct answer is: "Because I'm hungry!" If you are not hungry, not eat! Learn what else you can do to satisfy your emotions: trying to sleep, call a friend - just do not eat if not hungry!
3. To lose weight eat healthy

Buy a fine chocolate, quality and choose to eat a piece every time you're craving. Sit down, relax and enjoy the taste of chocolate. Eat slowly and ejnoy up every bite. And whatever you do, do not feel guilty! Drinking a small amount of food will help you feel good and happy, and your attempt to lose weight will not seem so difficult.
