Sage leaves have proved to be great in curing a person who suffers from insomnia. Use dried sage leaves to prepare a tea. Add a teaspoon of honey and drink this tea whenever you feel you are stressed.

Make a lot f exercises and long walks whenever you have little free time. Spending some time in open air will help you to get rid of stress.

If you feel that the level of stress is increasing go and open the window. Breathe the fresh air for 10-15 minutes. You can also make some simple exercises and you will feel better immediately.
