The trick to stop overeating and adding those extra pounds to your body is by tricking it into thinking that it is full. By doing this, you’re reducing your daily food intake as well as increasing the amount of calories that you lose which results in weight loss.

When I say tricking your body, I don’t mean making it feel full so you don’t eat, I mean feeling full before you eat so that when it’s time to eat, you will never over eat. A good way of doing this is by drinking approximately 8 ounces of water half an hour prior to eating every meal. This will result in you feeling like your full and when the time comes to eat your meal, you will eat the correct portion of food required.
