Epsom salt is rich in minerals and especially in magnesium and it has the medicinal capability to alleviate the leg pain. Put some Epsom salt in warm water and soak your leg in it for 15-20 minutes.
Prepare a paste from turmeric, salt and lime and apply it on the painful leg. You will feel relieved in a short time.
Licorice has proved to be a very efficient remedy for muscle aches. It provides a quick relief and if it is used on regular basis it can help you to get rid of leg pain permanently. Prepare an infusion from licorice roots. Put the roots in hot water cover it and let the infusion rest over the night. In the morning use the infusion to massage your feet.
