Menopause is a normal experience in a woman's life. It is the transition from the reproductive period to the time when ovulation does not occur anymore and the woman is no longer fertile. Vitamins B and D are also important as the first one is dealing with emotional symptoms and the last one relieves vaginal dryness and dry skin. Almond oil is also good in vaginal dryness.
