There are a few main components that go into your AdWords quality score, and understanding them will help you to improve your score overall and decrease your Cost per Click (CPC).
Relevancy
Relevancy is the key to getting a good quality score in Google AdWords. You must create a cohesive loop that connects all parts of your campaign in order to get the most out of it. First, your ad must contain relevant keywords. Then, your landing page must also contain those same search terms. Then your content must relate back to those keywords.

How can you increase your CTR? Keyword research is a good place to start. Find out who your market is, then determine what they are searching for. By including those specific keywords within your ads, then infiltrating your landing pages and subsequent content with those terms you can help increase your CTR.
Quality Score vs. Bid Amount
Your quality score is even more important than how much you’re paying for your terms. You could be paying $2 per click for your terms, and your competitor is only paying $1.50, but if his quality score is better his ad can and will be ranked above yours.
