When I wanted to let my house I figured that all I had to do was fix it up and put a sign out. I also took out an ad in the local market paper. I never thought of using estate agents online and figured that someone would come right away to let the house and also pay me what I wanted to get. After some time, no one came and only two people telephoned me with some interest in the house. I then decided to use an estate agent that operated locally.
