Dermatitis is neither infectious nor a life threatening disease. It is a common skin condition that makes you self conscious and feels uncomfortable. Treatment for each is also different. In the case of contact dermatitis the cause of the rashes has to be identified and then avoided. The treatment includes wet compressions over the steroidal creams containing hydrocortisone.

The last DERMATITIS TREATMENT is of the perioral dermatitis oral drugs containing antibiotic tetracycline is used for several months along with cream comprising of mild corticosteroid.
