Fishing is a popular hobby for many people and for some it is a way of living. Most individuals believe a fishing rod is the same as a fishing pole and one rod is just as good as the next. A fishing rod is a necessary tool of fishing and should be selected based on the type of fishing one will be participating in as well as the type of fish. Each rod is very specialized and not as simple as once believed.
