Ever since the invention of car and when women started using them, the argument remains the same. Men state being better drivers than women, and this statement has now become something of an axiom that requires pure belief. Ask just any man, who is better behind the will and the vast majority of respondents will definitely mention female drivers with a lot of irony. But is it really so, or the belief in male driver superiority is nothing but a misconception everyone chooses to follow?

Fact is that insurance companies have already made up their mind about this argument and the results aren't very flattering for men. When quoting for the same amount of insurance and the same car, men will typically get higher rates than women.
