Making Credit For Your Swtor Account
SWTOR accounts are the next IN thing in the world of online gaming. Gamers are anxiously looking forward to this MMORPG to be released in 2011 as announced in October 2008. BioWare in collaboration with LucasArts and Dark Horse Comics has also released webcomics in order to set the events of the story in motion as the game opens. These webcomics include "Star Wars: The Old Republic: Threat of Peace" and "Star Wars: The Old Republic: Blood of the Empire".
The game is set in the Star Wars universe with the Galactic Republic and the sith Empire as the two allegiances. The story in the game takes place 300 years after the events that happened in the first game of the series - Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic and 3500 years before the events depicted in the Star Wars movies. The game begins as new conflicts between the two allegiances arise.
A player is able to choose between these two factions and build their character linked with whichever side they choose to play on. Like in all MMORPGs, the game requires the players' characters to go on quests, collect resources and gain credit. Simply put, the player who ...
... wins is the one with the biggest amount of resources and credit. By being able to make more credit than other players, you become capable of putting together the best gear or alternately buy it in return for credit.
Quests: Missions that the player has to perform in the game, is the most obvious way to make more credit. You will be able to explore a world of fantasy with your SWTOR account. There will be different planets you may go to, find specific resources etc. But the problem here is that to acquire credit with questing; one needs to spend hours on end on the game. The kind of time this requires may not be found at hand by many.
Trading: This is yet another way to fill up credit in your SWTOR account. You might have acquired access of some resources that other players need. When you need credit, think of what you can spare and then find a buyer. This should do good things to your credit count.
Crafting: Whereas the main way to make credits remains quests that the characters have to perform, crafting items like weapons, armor etc gives another way to players to acquire credit for their SWTOR accounts. Since SWTOR has a companion system, the players will not only need items/weapons for themselves but also for their NPC companions. This increases anyone's chances for gaining credit via trading and crafting.
Gambling: It is common knowledge that BioWare includes gambling in all their games. So this option will eventually be added to SWTOR as a means for gaining credit. It will be interesting to experience gambling in a virtual world and earning in return.
This is a much awaited game by the online gaming community, which is becoming increasingly popular even before its official release.
