Nainital is most popular hill stations of Uttarakhand and headquarters of the outer Himalayas.
It's also known as the lake city of Uttarankahd and located in the Naini Lake. This place is
named after the Goddess of Naini Devi, the presiding idol of the area. It is situated at an
altitude of 1,938 meters. Surrounded by mountains, of which the highest are Naina and spread with
