Most of the pounds lost on these diets are usually gained immediately back after stopping them, so don't waste your time.

These ideas work and are an excellent means of getting you started on your weight loss objectives. This is by no means intended to be a comprehensive, all-encompassing guide to weight loss. They are a way to get you going on your important weight loss goal. If you have a goal to lose weight in two weeks, prioritize and get to work.
