Russian, the most important native language in Europe and the most geographically widespread language of Eurasia, belongs to the Indo-European language family and is one of the six official languages of the United Nations.

For those who want to learn Russian in Russia, the Liden & Denz Russian language school in Moscow is a good option as it offers optimal conditions for learning Russian and discovering the Russian culture. It is only a few minutes' walk from the Belorusskaya train station.

The school boasts ten well-equipped classrooms, a-state-of-the-art multimedia lab and an educational bookshop. The language school in Moscow also provides students with free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Liden & Denz mostly offers courses for all levels to students over 16. Standard and intensive courses are available for a maximum of 10 students per class and the courses may last from 2 weeks up to 48 weeks. The school also prepares students for TRKI exams.

The ...
... former capital of the Tsars, St Petersburg, also hosts one of the best Russian language schools for international students.

Liden & Denz in St. Petersburg is situated on the well-known shopping street Nevski Prospekt, and next to the wonderful Russian Museum. In this school, with its 13 well-equipped classrooms and first-class facilities, learning Russian becomes a pleasure. Besides, the school has a state-of-the-art library, a resource centre and a computer room that provides an internet access for free. It also offers tourist information and a reservation service.

The language school proposes an activities program that allows meeting of and exchanges between students. This proves to be a good means of becoming familiar with the city, which counts numerous artistic treasures, especially at the Hermitage Museum.

The Russian language school also offers optional courses such as One-to-One courses which make learning Russian in Russia easier. It is particularly suitable for people who are too shy to ask questions in the classroom or those who need special attention. Students can choose to stay at their teacher's home to learn Russian and take 15, 20, 25 or 30 hours of private courses per week.
