When the silicon valleys of the world wept, India shone bright. While many hubs faced receding fortunes and forced lay-offs, India was standing strong to weather the storm out. A delicate balancing act between maintaining stability and jobs, India has once again proven she's a worthy investment resulting in the creation of software jobs.

Over the years, Indian professionals have proven time and again in the international arena and have thus paved the way for future generations of software engineers. One of the main reasons why IT majors bet big on Indian talent is because of the valued fresh perspective that is part of the package. The eagerness to learn and develop their career in an international setting is what drives these professionals.

... provide the role of Package solution consultant, in which they assists clients in the selection, implementation, and support of various SAP HR modules. These professionals use consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment. This role includes implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, post-implementation and support. SAP OM design/build experience. The aspirants must have the ability to lead workshops, requirement gathering sessions, provide HCM best practice. Experience with re-design of existing HCM structures (Org/Position/Jobs/Relationships) is a big plus. Process re-engineering experience is a major highlight for this job role.

Sap ABAP professionals design, develop and support application solutions with focus on SAP Netweaver - Advanced Business Application Programming (APAP). These professionals design, develop and/or re-engineer highly complex application components, and integrate software packages, programs and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms. Some of the SAP ABAP jobs available in the IT firms include application developer, delivery project manager and technical team leader. The aspirant must be able to design, develop and support application solutions with focus on Advanced Business Application Programming.

SAP FICO Consultants in Financial/Capital Projects are required to be thought Leaders and Team Leaders. They must have in depth understanding of financial accounting processes and the SAP FI and CO modules. Experience with financial reporting and accounting requirements, processes to meet financial reporting requirements is desired in FI (Financial Accounting) including GL, Archiving & custom Account Rec tool. On CO you need to have experience in Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Financial accounting experience and the use of SAP across all aspects of a business is required. An understanding of the capabilities of SAP BI to meet reporting and ad hoc reporting requirements may be needed as well.

SAP CRM consultants assist clients in the selection, design and implementation of CRM modules of SAP. This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge and SAP CRM expertise to effectively integrate SAP CRM into the client's business environment. They are responsible for the architecture and technical implementation of projects. Effectively interact with client representatives, technical team members, and project management in developing solutions that address the people, process, and technological needs of the organization. Relational / object database implementation and integration experience is also favored by many firms.
