Reducing or decreasing the body fat percentage is not a complicated process that will leave you starved or exhausted after hours of working out. It requires that you make some changes in your actual life style, especially if you want the reduction to be permanent, but they are all in your best interest. If you lower your daily calorie intake, also pay attention not to over exercise. Practice 30 minutes daily of light physical activity like jogging or swimming.
