Just a few seconds after contact with fire, the dry tree was ablaze. In less than a minute, nearby furniture were already in fire too.

On the other hand, a tree standing in less than 10 liters of water maintained daily did not light up even when an entire matchbook was used. Sure it ignited after propane torch was used but the flame eventually died when the torch was cut down from the branches.
