How To Cure A Cold Before It Starts
Cold is one of the most frequent experienced illness to affect a people. There is no permanent cure for cold but it can be treated and go away in a matter of days or it can last longer.

1. Drinking lots of fluid helps to keep the body(s) hydrated and strengthen the immune system to fight against a cold. Rest also helps to rebuild the body's ability to fight off bacteria
2. Cold is often due to bacteria found everywhere in the environment such as the house and the work place. So cleaning your hands frequently with soap helps to prevent these bacteria from spreading and get rid of the cold virus.
3. Green tea provides antioxidants that aids the body to fight of a common cold. Tea also clears the throat and the heat from tea clears the nostrils and provides comfort.
4. Take plenty Vitamin C, zinc and garlic whether in their natural form or in the form of pills to fight the cold. These vitamins can provide the immune system ...

8. You can boil water in a container and mix 1 1/2 tablespoons of lemon juice with two teaspoons of honey. This mixture is effective and can provide instant relief for blocked nose and sore throats, even though you might have to take it frequently for it to be effective.

1. Don't consume too much food that contains too much sugars or refined sugars found in candies and sodas. Refined sugars help to weaken the immune system which fights off the cold and promotes the growth of yeast.
2. Avoid getting in contact with too much persons, as this can lead to infecting others.
