The customers will also help the business or the company in its advertising campaign by recommending the company or the business to their friends and families.

Bear in mind that happy and satisfied customers brings additional happy customers. And when there are a great number of happy customers then the business owner's will also become very happy because more and more revenues are coming in. However, business owners should never forget to send out thank you postcards to their avid customers or else happy days will become bleak and dreary. And that is something that business owners would not want to happen.
