The rules are fixed by the government and the private companies have to follow those rules. If a person wants to secure his or her future from financial problems in the health related issues, then that person must buy any of the Medicare Supplement Plans along with the original Medicare policy. Only the combination of these two plans can help out a person when they are in any kind of trouble.
