The working staff: Visit the place at random times to see if staff is doing their job well or not. Especially at night to check if they are alert enough to give the right response to the residents. Do visit at times when meal is going to be served, you will get to see if they are getting help from the staff during their meal time and are residents even satisfied with the treatment.
