As we all know, the water is the basic needs for people, we can alive without food for some days or even some months, but water can't be lacked.

The calcium is exist in many kinds of food and fruits, and you should intake some. As it is good for your bones, if you often intake it, you will find your bones become stronger day by day.

Because the body is exposed to greater physical activities, so you should pay more attention to how to make your bones become stronger, as the strong bones can avoid fractures or certain bone diseases. We also can find some kinds of vitamin and mineral supplements also contain calcium.

4. Before strenuous activities, the warm exercises are always needed.

This kind of activity is needed in order not to strain the body. Hence, before playing the sports that you have always love, it is best to do some warm-up exercises first. Indeed, engaging into sports activities is one great way of being physically fit.
