Forex stands for Foreign Exchange where decentralized over the counter global transactions with foreign currencies take place.

The forex signal is an order suggested by a human analyst for a pair of currencies. The human analyst or the automated robot operates through the subscriber of the signal service. The signals are communicated through the most immediate medium which is email, SMS, tweet, etc.

The services fall under a basic four categories. There are free or unpaid signals, and then there are paid signals in which are offered human analysis or algorithmic analysis. There are the charged signals which are an average of number of signals from different sources. The final one is being provided by a forex robot, which is also known as the Expert Advisor (EA).

Normally all forex signal providers give an exact or average entry, exit and stop loss figures for one or more currencies, along with a graph showing its analysis.
They also give a trading history compromising of the pips loss or profit per month, along with the risk and reward ratio.

... given and taken, and views shared. There is also the provision of a subscriber's account being managed by the signal provider. Through these methods the forex trading systems are made easy, giving an immediate update on the current global financial markets.

The supply of signals provided, are generally based on two main methods, one being the technical analysis and the other being the fundamental analysis which is also known as the price action.

The technical analysis is based on ichimoku and candlestick charting. This provides long term as well as short trends giving the subscriber flexibility, where as, the price action gives short term trends for the market.

There are a lot of scams in the forex trading system also which gives the subscribers an impression of gain. Here the investors are promised huge profits in the foreign trading markets, but in the actual case the investor's money is not even placed in the market. It is stolen and used by con artists for their personal benefits.

The primary purpose of forex signals is to keep businessmen always updated on the foreign exchange market, and to allow them to trade and invest world wide, keeping easy modes of exchanging currency. This also involves speculation and analysis for more accurate results.
