Dive Boca Raton also has some spectacular wrecks to offer. The Sea Emperor and United Caribbean lie at 70 ft and 75 ft of water respectively. These are home to large barracudas, moray eel, Goliath groupers and occasionally sting rays. The two wrecks are linked together by a limestone ‘trail' and are a marvel to see. The ‘Nemesis' which sank in 1991 is another attraction. At only 68 ft in sand and 45 ft in main deck, this is a great see for everyone, even those with minimal dive lessons.
Hillsboro Ledge offers a great dive location for beginners. This dive Boca Raton spot lies at just 40 ft and contains yellow ...
... headed jaw fish and tobacco fish. Hillsboro Ledge's outer edge is filled with sponges, soft coral and sea whips. There are also a number of caves and crevices here.
