Although rabbits do not need any special care and attention which make them ideal pets, the place where they live and stay should always be kept clean in order to keep the rabbits healthy and well. Another material that you can use is shredded newspaper that you don't have to purchase as you can use old newspapers for this. 5. After all the preparations are done, you can now replace the water storage, food tray and playthings inside the hutch and don't forget to put the rabbits back inside the now clean hutch.

6. After a few days, you will have to clean the cage again and this time you will be able to clean it in lesser time. You can use a trash bin to gather all the soiled beddings and then proceed to clean the cage.
